Today the Olympic torch will arrive in the Welsh capital, Cardiff on the seventh day of its relay around the UK. Before it gets to Cardiff the torch will pass through other places in Wales including Newport and Pontypool. A combination of famous personalities and local heroes will act as torch bearers throughout the 70 day journey through over 1,000 towns and cities.
