Colouring / Shading
Tiles Porcelain Ltd will not accept any liability for differences in shade and texture of colour between different batches of the same style of tile and will therefore not accept any returns or refund your purchase.
Tiles Porcelain Ltd will not accept any returns or refund your purchase for orders placed without ordering a sample prior to your purchase.
Some styles of porcelain tiles have a wax coating on the surface to protect them during transportation and fitting. This can easily be removed, please click on the following link for guidance to remove the wax coating click here.
