liked the range and styles offered.
I have found Paul to be a great communicator
– always quick to get back on the
phone, or e-mail, with updates on the sample
we ordered and the full shipment of 200m2
of tiles to Ireland. I would certainly

Just a short message to say the tiles
you supplied are fantastic. They were grouted
in yesterday and look fabulous,
my client is very pleased indeed.
The tiler was pleased with the grouting
and glue and has taken the name of the
glue to use in future as it was a better
material to work with than his usual
one. I recommended you as a supplier.
Thanks again for all your help. Once
all the boxes were opened we found
no tiles to be cracked and so we had
plenty to do the job.

| Oh Claire...I'm so sorry but they really
are too stripey.
I know we are being super fussy but it's
such a big area I think I'd regret something
I wasn't completely happy with.
We have decided to go completely plain
and have chosen a beige/ dark cream tile
which hopefully will be here any day.
I feel so bad I couldn't buy from you as
you are incredibly lovely. (and patient!)
I would have no problem recommending you
and will do just that, as will my Husband
who is a builder!
It is great to receive good customer service
and you have provided just that.
