Your staff were quick to get back on the phone, or e-mail, with updates on the sample we ordered and the full shipment of 200m2 of tiles to Ireland. Just a short message to say the tiles you supplied are fantastic. They were grouted in yesterday and look fabulous, my client is very pleased indeed. The tiler was pleased with the grouting and glue and has taken the name of the glue to use in future as it was a better material to work with than his usual one. I recommended you as a supplier. Thanks again for all your help. Once all the boxes were opened we found no tiles to be cracked and so we had plenty to do the job. Best wishes. Jane

The black crystalstone looks fabulous and I keep running upstairs to admire!! I just wish I had a bigger floor surface! Your service was A1 from start to finish.
